How long does manufacturing take?
Stock items are generally ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days. Custom paint finishes and bespoke items usually require approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
Can I order a custom color?
Yes. It is best if you provide us with the color code of your vehicle or product. If no color code is available, we can check many requests using a RAL code or as accurate a color description as possible.
What materials does PP3D use?
Depending on the application, we use materials such as ASA, PA12, and epoxy resin. For premium finishes, professional automotive paints are also used.
How are the vehicle products installed?
Many automotive products come with high-quality double-sided 3M adhesive tape. The exact installation method may vary depending on the product. Please always follow the instructions on the respective product page.
Are the products weather- and car wash-resistant?
Our automotive products designed for outdoor use are weather- and car wash-resistant. Proper installation in accordance with the respective product instructions is required.
My vehicle is not listed. What can I do?
Send us the vehicle make, model, year of manufacture, and photos that clearly show the area in question. We will then personally check whether an existing product is suitable or if a custom solution is possible.
Can PP3D manufacture a product based on my own idea?
We are happy to provide a no-obligation review of your idea. You can reach us via email, chat, Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp. A brief description, dimensions, photos or a sketch, as well as your preferred colors and materials, would be helpful.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany currently costs 5.49 euros. For orders of 69 euros or more, we offer free shipping within Germany. The details provided at checkout and in our shipping terms and conditions apply.
Can I return an item?
For regular, non-personalized items, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. The buyer bears the immediate costs of return in accordance with our cancellation policy. For clearly personalized products or products made to individual specifications, the right of withdrawal may be excluded. Statutory rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
